Why is my bill higher than last month?

This will depend on how your property is setup but this can be caused by several reasons. Some of the reasons are:

  1. Did you have any guests or change any habits that may require more water usage?
  2. The billing period may be longer than your previous bills.
  3. You may have a leak. If the increase is significant, you may want to request your property’s maintenance staff to check your unit for possible leaks.
